Dazai Osamu Memorial Museum, referred to as 'Shayōkan', is the Dazai Osamu's birthplace, located in Goshogawara-city, Aomori.
It's a mansion with 11 rooms on the 1st floor, 8 rooms on the 2nd floor, storehouses and gardens, built by his father, a wealthy landowner during Meiji period.
It had been an inn named 'Shayōkan' for 46 years until 1996.
